Milan, 5 October - Cascina Carpana: the tender for the concession of surface rights for part of the structure is open until 30 November. The objective of the tender procedure is the recovery and refunctionalization of the nineteenth-century farmhouse complex in via San Dionigi, with a contract that will last between 30 and 90 years.
The competing projects will have to include functions of a social and cultural nature and make a further contribution to the plan for the development of the Porto di Mare area, which began a few years ago with the concession of other portions of the same farm.

Transports: a 3 million tender for the purchase of low environmental impact vehicles is online.
The incentives, reserved for adult citizens residing in Milan, are intended for purchases, made or planned during the year 2021, of less polluting vehicles and provide for the demolition or deregistration for export of an old vehicle.
The contributions, which can be cumulated with state incentives, will be available until 31 December 2021 or until the funds are exhausted.

Mutual Aid Fund: 700 thousand euros for contributions to the rent of municipal premises. The support measure is intended for non-commercial activities owned by the municipal administration, closed due to the health emergency, between January and April 2021
It will be possible to submit a grant application until 30 October 2021.
