Milan, February 21 2020 – Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II: after the recent assignment of two shop windows to Rolex brand, two other spaces were sold through a record-breaking auction. The premises currently in use by Versace and Armani were auctioned for 5 and 2,4 million euros respectively and assigned to Dior and Fendi.
Sforzesco Castle: from February 19th the most prestigious rooms of the Castle will open their doors to visitors for two new exhibitions. Sala della Balla will host the 26 winning and finalist works of the international competition “Milano Vetro – 35” which will remain on display until April 19th.
The photographic exhibition “Cesare Colombo. Photographs 1952-2012”, a tribute to one of the most important photography scholars of the twentieth century. The exhibition itinerary includes over 100 photographs in which Milan is described in its many cultural, political and social aspects and will be open until June 14th.
Smart city lab in via Ripamonti: work begins on the first incubator entirely dedicated to businesses and start-ups on an area of over 3 thousand square meters between covered surfaces and external areas arranged as terraces and gardens.
Thanks to this project, an area that has been subject to degradation for years will be returned to the city and will offer a new point of attraction for investments and talent in which businesses and technologies will be committed to improving the quality of life in the city.
