recalled the start of the procedure for identifying abandoned properties pursuant to art. 40 bis of Regional Law 12/2005 as introduced by Regional Law n.18/2019 concerning "Simplification and incentive measures for urban and territorial regeneration, as well as for the recovery of existing building heritage. Amendments and additions to the regional law of 11 March 2005, n.12 (Law for the government of the territory) and to other regional laws" of 03 June 2020
MAKES YOU KNOWN
that with Regional Law of 07 August 2020 n. 18 the terms for the conclusion of the procedure, provided for by paragraph 1 of the art. 40 bis of Regional Law 12/2005 then deferred by paragraph 1 of the art. 1 of the Regional Law 31 March 2020 n. 4, have been extended to 31 December 2020.
