Amendments and additions to the regional law of 11 March 2005, n.12 (Law for the government of the territory) and to other regional laws",
MAKES YOU KNOWN
the initiation of the proceedings identification of abandoned properties pursuant to art. 40 bis of Regional Law 12/2005 as introduced by Regional Law n. 18/2019 with the subject "Simplification and incentive measures for urban and territorial regeneration, as well as for the recovery of the existing building heritage. Amendments and additions to the regional law of 11 March 2005, n.12 (Law for the government of the territory) and to other regional laws".
The procedure will be concluded within the deadlines set out in paragraph 1 of the art. 40 bis of Regional Law 12/2005 as well as deferred by paragraph 1 of the art. 1 of the Regional Law 31 March 2020 n. 4 and therefore within the 30 September 2020.
The competent Directorate is the Urban Planning Directorate - General Urban Planning Area.
