Spaces for meetings and events

Some spaces in the Town Hall are available to citizens, associations and sports clubs for short-term meetings and events.

Municipality 8 grants the use of the following spaces:

Enzo Baldoni Civic Auditorium
CAM Apennines
CAM Jacopino
CAM Lampugnano
CAM Lessona
CAM Pecetta
CAM Valtrompia
the classrooms and gyms of municipal schools (only during extracurricular hours).

An essential condition is that interested parties sign the declaration of recognition of constitutional values.

The methods to follow to submit the request vary depending on the types of spaces to be used:

CAM rooms and Enzo Baldoni Civic Auditorium
- submit the applications to the Protocol Office of the Municipality, in the manner described later on this page
- the issuing of the authorization and the collection of the fee are the responsibility of the Multipurpose Spaces Office
all other spaces
- contact the school concerned directly by presenting the completed form
- if the opinion of the school administration is positive, the School Premises Concessions Office will arrange for the authorization and collection of the fee.
