The school reception of Ukrainian minors
The territorial reference structures for the management of requests for school reception of Ukrainian minors, the four START centers (Territorial Reception Desks online for integration) and the two CTIs (Territorial centers for inclusion).
- The four START poles are responsible for requests for enrollment in educational institutions of the first cycle of education (primary and lower secondary) of Ukrainian minors domiciled in the Municipality of Milan:

- CTI of Area 21 and Area 22 are responsible for requests enrollment in second cycle educational institutions (upper secondary education institutions) of minors domiciled in the Municipality of Milan:
