Ukrainian people who need to be accommodated will have to write an email to the Prefecture at emergencyucraina.pref_milano@interno.it indicating for how many people and when the arrival is expected. 

You can also contact the number 02.02.02 phone of the Municipality of Milan, which will ensure all useful information and provide the contacts of the competent bodies for the different profiles.

From 18.00 pm to 23.00 pm it is possible to access the Fondazione Fratelli di San Francesco in via San Marco, 49.

Reception management will be ensured by the competent Lombard Prefectures, also on the basis of any friendly or family ties present in the regional territory.

For Ukrainian citizens who spontaneously arrive in Milan there is present'Hub Ukraine in via Sammartini, 126, from Monday to Sunday, from 9.00 to 18.00. From 18.00 pm to 23.00 pm it is possible to access the Brothers of San Francesco Foundation in via San Marco, 49.
The Ukraine Hub provides basic information and reports any accommodation needs to the Prefecture of Milan for subsequent management.
