For those hosting Ukrainian citizens

If you directly welcome Ukrainian citizens, submit the Hospitality declaration.

The declaration can be submitted in the following ways:

  • Personally or via registered letter with return receipt to the following offices:
  • via PEC at
  • Local Police Command of the Municipalities of the province of Milan which are not headquarters of the Commissariat.

If Ukrainian citizens are guests of hotel facilities, it will not be necessary to submit the declaration to the immigration office since this burden will be fulfilled by the declaration made by the hotelier, who has the obligation to report the people accommodated to the PS Authority.

Citizens and/or consumers not in possession of a passport must be subjected to identification procedures.
In this regard, it should be noted that the General Consulate of Ukraine in Milan has communicated its willingness to issue an identification certificate to Ukrainian citizens who may not have a passport. Furthermore, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine issued a resolution by which the validity of passports is extended for up to 5 years.

If the hosted Ukrainian citizens have not yet undergone a swab test and medical check-up, direct them to one of the following clinics:
