Area C | Refund of the entrance ticket

It is possible to request a refund of Area C tickets in the following cases:

  • paper tickets damaged and therefore unusable (until 29 October 2024);
  • charges attributable to errors in the payment management system;
  • charges to vehicles exempt from payment of the access fee;
  • charges to vehicles with no access;
  • charges resulting from material errors, attributable to the dedicated call center service, in the purchase and activation of payment documents requested by users by telephone communication of their data.
