Vehicles can request the exemption:

• operators of bodies, companies, companies providing public services in the fields of gas, electricity and thermal energy, water, lighting, transport, telecommunications, environmental hygiene and waste collection;
• directed to the construction sites located within the ZTL;
• used for the transport of valuables;
• used for the supply of fuel for heating as well as for draining wells;
• used for postal services;
• special use vehicles with bodywork equipped for roadside assistance;
• used for the transport of people, who can access and transit without prior notification of the license plate;
• which for particular and motivated needs of the operators will be authorized with specific permits.

NB. For vehicles other than those used for supplying fuel for heating or draining wells, a land occupation permit must also be requested.

The access permission obtained does not extend to further prohibitions, such as:

• the environmental pollution classes;
• the preferential lanes and restricted traffic zones.
