Form 02: vehicles owned or in exclusive use by the Armed Forces, the Police Forces, the Local Police, the Italian Red Cross, the Hospitals, the Local Health Authorities, the Fire Brigade, the Civil Protection not recognizable by the special license plate; vehicles owned or in exclusive use by Associations and bodies recognized by the Municipal Administration of Milan or by other designated institutions, which carry out recognized first aid or socio-medical transport activities for the performance of free public assistance services whose headquarters is within the Municipality of Milan.
Form 06: vehicles used to transport people suffering from serious pathologies and illnesses that require life-saving therapies; vehicles used to transport people to an emergency room.
Form 12: vehicles owned or in exclusive use by associations and bodies recognized by the municipal administration of Milan or by other designated institutions, which carry out recognized first aid activities or planned or emergency socio-medical transport and which act in the social assistance sector healthcare for the provision of free public assistance services; vehicles used by social workers recognized by the Municipal Administration of Milan who act in the sector of animal protection in the territory of the city of Milan indicated by the competent Sports, Tourism and Quality of Life Area; vehicles owned or used by social workers affiliated with hospitals and Ats/Asst located within the Municipality of Milan.
