Area C | Activate the ticket

After purchased the ticket must activate it by associating the identification PIN found on the coupon with a license plate. 

Remember:

  • for NCC vehicles with more than nine seats, consult the dedicated page;
  • for all other vehicles follow the instructions listed on this page.

If the title is issued by a garage

  • By midnight of the same day the access occurred.

For other purchase methods

  • From the day on which access occurred, by midnight of the following day.

These terms apply even if the entrance ticket was purchased before accessing Area C.

  • Activations carried out the day before access or after midnight of the day following the scheduled one do not cover entry
  • the passage of the vehicle on the day discovered will therefore be sanctioned.

Request

Online activation is permitted to all users: it does not require registration on the MyAreaC portal. 

Alternatively you can activate the ticket as indicated below.

This feature is available with any operator:

  • send a text message to the number 339 9940437, active 24 hours a day;
  • type the text message "PIN.license plate".

You can go to the AreaB/AreaC Infopoint at the M1/M3 Duomo metro station.

Remember:

  • access is by appointment to be booked exclusively through app;
  • at the appointment present the vehicle registration document.
