Area C | Assistance for purchasing and activating tickets
In case of problems encountered during the purchase or activation of the ticket, you should contact support:
- by midnight of the same day for the coupons of the affiliated garages;
- by midnight of the day following the day of entry for ordinary payments;
- by the seventh day following transit for the deferred ticket "within 7 days".
- You didn't pay
- You don't have your PIN
- You don't have confirmation
- Wrong license plate
- Anomaly
- Refuse
Did you forget to pay the entrance fee within the established deadline?
- You can regularize within 7 days of access by purchasing the deferred ticket for €22,50

If you have not received your PIN. verify the outcome of the banking transaction:

You will be provided with the Pin relating to the purchased ticket.
If the transaction is not authorized, you will have to regularize your position by purchasing and activating a new ticket.

If you activated the PIN on an incorrect license plate number:

Do you encounter anomalies during the purchase or ticket activation phase?
- Send an email to MTA. ufficioAreaC@comune.milano.it attaching
- copy of the purchased ticket (front and back), or copy of the purchase transaction
- copy of the identity card
- copy of the vehicle registration document.
Always indicate the day of transit to be associated with the Pin, a mobile number or an email address to receive confirmation of activation and necessarily the My AreaC username for deferred tickets.
Has the ticket activation been denied because the vehicle is prohibited?
If you believe that the vehicle is not prohibited, send a copy of the purchased entry ticket (front and back), a copy of the vehicle's registration document and Form 11 within the activation deadlines a MTA. ufficioAreaC@comune.milano.it
