I am a woman like many others, a Milanese mother trying to juggle family and work. I have two wonderful children: Riccardo, 7 years old, and little Lorenzo, who is 5 years old.
I was born on Christmas Day 1982, the year in which Italy won the football world cup. I live on the outskirts of Milan, with pride and a great desire to see it redeveloped.
I graduated with full marks in Law in 2007 from Bocconi, with great sacrifices from my parents, who did not take holidays to support my studies. I always worked while I studied, so as not to weigh too much on their shoulders. I also traveled a lot and studied abroad, all useful experiences because I saw what there is outside my country.
After graduating, I began practicing law in a prestigious labor law firm in Milan (which is my specialization) and in the meantime I won a scholarship for a PhD from the international school in labor relations at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Marco Biagi University Foundation). I then continued to study and work, obtaining the title of PhD in March 2011 and I remember as if it were yesterday the proclamation that took place while I was holding little Riccardo in my arms. In my work I deal with labor law and industrial relations, focusing mainly on trade union relations. I never stopped studying and obtained a Master in Business Administration at the Polytechnic of Milan. I love labor law because I believe that work gives dignity to a person and for this reason it must be guaranteed and protected, just as the company and the entrepreneur who risks with their assets every day to pursue the his dream.
My political commitment was born following a disappointment I had in the volunteer work I have always done: I wanted to help people, improve the world we live in, starting from the little things. I therefore ran for council in area 2 at the age of 23, I was elected and the citizens confirmed my work by voting for me again in 2011 (when I even increased my preferences by 50%).
I am also secretary of my party, Forza Italia, in the municipality of Sesto San Giovanni, the so-called. “Stalingrad of Italy”, let's say that challenges have never scared me.
In 2014 the party decided to include me in the regional secretariat with the role of Movement Activities Manager, precisely to reward my activity among the people, always present in the area and with the Security and Suburbs Department.
I therefore ran as a candidate in the Municipality, obtaining a great result, being elected with 2336 preferences.
