Types of vehicles that can be derogated from and validity of permits

• vehicles used for the transport of perishable foodstuffs destined for administration establishments or resales, within the ZTL, with start of activity after 9:00
  • the permit is valid for one year
     
• vehicles used for the transport and delivery of drinks to restaurants located within the Cerchia dei Bastioni restricted traffic zone which require supplies in the early morning hours
  • the permit is valid for one day
     
• vehicles used for the transport of perishable foodstuffs intended for events, within the ZTL, with activity starting after 9:00
  • the permit is valid for one day
     
• vehicles intended for transporting things used by florists for the preparation of ceremonies and events
  • the permit is valid for one day
     
• vehicles intended for the transport of goods on behalf of third parties, classified as own use, registered in the name of companies registered in the register of hauliers
  • the permit is valid for one year
     
• special use vehicles exceeding 7,50 m in length.

• vehicles intended for the transport of goods and special vehicles registered to an active company registered with the Chamber of Commerce - ATECORI Codes 2007 section D, division 35; section E, division 36 to 39; Section J, division 61, registered in the MyAreaC system as "service vehicles" pursuant to City Council resolution no. 588/2013 and subsequent amendments used in relation to documented emergency interventions, in the availability of business companies that carry out installation, transformation, expansion and maintenance of systems as specified by Law 5 March 1990, n. 46
  • the permit is valid for one year
     
• vehicles intended for the transport of goods and special vehicles registered to an active company registered with the Chamber of Commerce - ATECORI Codes 2007 section F: 43.29.01 “Installation, repair and maintenance of lifts and escalators” and 43.22.03 “Installation of extinguishing systems fire prevention vehicles" registered in the MyAreaC system as "service vehicles" pursuant to City Council resolution no. 588/2013 and subsequent amendments used in relation to documented emergency interventions, in the availability of business companies that carry out installation, transformation, expansion and maintenance of systems as specified by Law 5 March 1990, n. 46
  • the permit is valid for one year
     
•  vehicles registered in the MyAreaC system as "service vehicles" pursuant to City Council resolution no. 588/2013 and subsequent amendments used in relation to documented emergency interventions within the ZTL, which cannot be programmed and cannot be postponed as they are essential to guarantee the regular exercise of an economic activity in the time slot of interest
  • 50 days of access are granted per year from 1 October to 30 September of the following year. The permit must be requested by midnight of the day following transit
     
• vehicles intended for the transport of goods available to freelance engineers and architects registered with the Order to allow the transport of equipment connected to the performance of their profession within the ZTL Area C
  • the permit is valid for one day
     
• vehicles for special use and work vehicles (as indicated in Legislative Decree no. 285/1992) in relation to documented emergency/urgent interventions
  • the permit is valid for one year

The following categories of vehicles are not required to comply with any requirements, recognizable through automatic access detection devices:

• electric vehicles
• vehicles classified as isothermal or insulated vans, with or without refrigeration unit, recognized as suitable for the transport of foodstuffs in a controlled temperature regime
• hearses
• vehicles registered in the MyAreaC system as "service vehicles" pursuant to City Council resolution no. 588/2013 and subsequent amendments, belonging to an active company registered with the Chamber of Commerce in the Third Party Transport, Postal and Courier Activities sector (ATECORI 2007 Codes: section H, divisions from 49 to 53).
