Tari: declaration of new occupation for non-domestic users

The declared data takes effect on the Tari calculation starting from the two months following the one in which possession of the property began.

If you acquire or rent new properties:

  • declare employment within 90 days
  • if you are moving to a new property, you must also declare the ceased occupation of the one you are leaving otherwise you will continue to receive the Tari payment notice also for the property you left
  • if you do not indicate the cadastral data of the properties you can incur an administrative fine of €100 to €400.

To access online declarations, authentication is required:

  • For private individuals, via SPID
  • For legal entities, only if registered in the Infocamere register, using the Company ID assigned by the Municipality of Milan. (Click for more information)

  • in the subject of the message:
    TARI Declaration (employment, change or termination) - tax year - tax code of the subject - name/company name
  • in the attachment name:
    TARI Declaration (employment, variation or termination) - year of tax - name/company name

with registered mail with return receipt to:

Declarations sent in this way will be considered submitted on the day of dispatch.
