Qualification systems
Art 168 (Tender procedures with qualification systems) of the Legislative Decree. 36/2023 establishes that contracting authorities or granting bodies can establish and manage a qualification system for economic operators by establishing objective rules and criteria for the functioning of the system, as well as the requirements relating to economic and financial capabilities and the necessary technical and professional skills upon registration.
