Service dedicated to the presentation of requests for access to documents aimed at company certificate with possible request for a copy of building files relating to the amnesty building.

Payment for research expenses. 
The amounts have been adjusted to the tariffs foreseen for this type of service by the Regulation for access to administrative documents (approved with resolution of the City Council no. 36 of 7.09.2010) and updated with Council Resolution no. 1084 of 3.08.2023 and in particular:

  • €50,00 (simple search: with indication of a protocol for a single issue)
  • €100,00 (free search without indication of protocol for a single file)

Before accessing the service, check that you have the mandatory documentation that must be attached during the online procedure and, in particular:

  • Receipt of payment for research expenses.
  • Proxy form (in the case of submitting a request as a delegate - chamber of commerce certificate and copy of the deed of assignment/delegation on company letterhead)
  • Owner (Copy of deed/inheritance/assignment following auction/equivalent deed certifying ownership)
  • Neighbor (Copy of deed/lease-rental agreement/other equivalent deed certifying the situation of neighbor)
  • Tenant/Lessee (Copy of rental contract)
  • Promissory buyer (Copy of compromise/notary letter)
  • Condominium administrator (Copy of the meeting resolution with appointment valid on the date of submission of the request)
  • CTU / CPI (Copy court appointment)
  • Student (Copy of teacher's letter)
  • Committee/Association (Copy of articles of association/self-certification of the state of affairs)
