For the transcription of sentences pronounced abroad it is necessary to deliver the full original sentence (or certified copy) with a certificate of finality, all translated into Italian and duly legalised.
Transcription of national and international adoptions
Adoption sentences pronounced abroad they can be delivered for transcription to the Municipality of residence by the interested persons.
Judgments on the adoption of minors pronounced in Italy they are instead sent directly by the Court to the civil registry office.
