Service "No barriers to communication" provides support and guidance on issues related to deafness. It promotes the elimination of barriers to communication and the facilitation of deaf people's access to services.
The service is aimed at people with recognized deafness disabilities, residents in the Municipality of Milan, and their family members; People regularly present in the Milan area, coming from third countries and in possession of a valid residence permit, can also access.

- from 9:00 to 12:00, both in person and online
- from 14pm to 00pm in person only
