  • fumes or unpleasant odors.

  • The reports must be well detailed and allow correct identification of the problem
  • the reasons that lead to presenting the complaint must be truthful and not distorted by situations of disagreement with the neighbourhood.

The municipal administration can intervene with an administrative measure after verification by the ATS.
