Prepare the documentation and submit it as shown below.

  • During the delivery of the request, a subsequent meeting will be scheduled to draft the deed.

opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 30pm 

  • To access the service it is mandatory to collect the call number (ND code). The code can be collected in the Civil Status Atrium Room (on the same floor)
  • Once the maximum number of tickets that can be issued during the time has been reached, free access may be limited.
