Pursuant to art. 59.1 RE only for new construction interventions (excluding elevations), building replacement and urbanization works subject to planivolumetric requirements (urban planning plans or authorized qualifications) before starting the works, a request for reconnaissance of the border line between the public spaces and the area pertaining to the construction, registering the "Fixed Points Request" form to the office that handled the investigation relating to the planivolumetric tool.

The Office will send a copy of the documentation to the General Urban Planning Area and to the competent Roads Department of the Mobility Infrastructure Technical Area.

Fixed points and level lines will be communicated within 20 days of submitting the above application.

Pursuant to art. 59.2 RE, for new construction interventions (excluding elevations), building replacement and urbanization works (including interventions subject to planivolumetric requirements for which the request has already been submitted pursuant to art. 59.1 RE) before starting the excavation works must be defined, by means of signaling or staking, the location of the buildings on the ground, in accordance with the project forecasts and the same must be communicated to the group in charge of the construction practice, registering the "Fixed Points Communication" form .

The stakes must remain exposed for a period of at least 10 days from the notification, after which the excavation works can begin.

The office dealing with the construction practice will send a copy of the documentation to the Mobility Infrastructure Technical Area - Roads Department and to any other offices responsible for the neighboring areas for information purposes.
