Building permit in amnesty - Amnesty

The Amnesty Office manages the investigation and issuance of building permits/building authorizations/amnesty building permits and the related habitability/special usability certificates pursuant to:

The payment of the oblation to the State, when requested by the office, must be made according to the indications dictated by the office itself.

The notice of issuance of the amnesty building permit contains the request for payment of urbanization charges, if due. 

Payment of the construction contribution can be made:  

  • in only solution, within thirty days of notification of the notice of issuance of the amnesty building permit, by means of a postal or bank current account slip.
  • in installment form:  
    ​​​​​​​First installment - equal to 1/3 of the contribution - within thirty days from the date of notification of the notice of issuance of the building permit in amnesty, submitting a request for installments with attached guarantee for the value of the remaining 2/3 plus legal interest. 
    Second installment - equal to 1/3 of the contribution, plus legal interest within six months of the same date. 
    Third installment - equal to 1/3 of the contribution, increased by legal interest within 12 months from the same date.

Payment details:

  • postal current account slip n° 29354206 made out to the Municipality of Milan - Building amnesty - concession charges;
  • bank transfer IBAN IT 22Y 07601 01600 000029354206.

On the reason for the payment, you must indicate the details of the protocol and the relevant street and house number of the case. 
In the event of delayed or omitted payment of the concession contribution, the sanctions provided for in the art. 42 of the Presidential Decree of 6 June 2001 n. 380.

  • PEC

To submit a building permit under amnesty, a specific request must be completed pursuant to Law 326/2003.

The withdrawal of building permits under amnesty is subject to the payment of the construction contribution, if due.

Upon collection, it is necessary to pay the secretarial fees and tax stamps via debit card or cash at the self-service totem located on the ground floor of via Sile 8.
