Residents parking pass: temporary license plate change

Anyone who already holds a resident parking pass, residing or sheltered, can temporarily change the vehicle license plate associated with them.

Changing license plates is permitted for a maximum of 30 days.

All plate change operations and/or restoration of the Master Plate will come into force within 24 hours following the request.

hours: by appointment only from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 15:30

You can make an appointment via:

  • ATM app - ATM POINT section – Duomo 2 Infopoint Area B/C
  • “Touch totem” located inside the Infopoint
