In cases where the opinion of the Landscape Commission is requested, the authorized party is given the right to submit the preliminary project of the building works to it, with the exception of cases of deviation from the morphological norms of the PGT (see art. 40 of the Regulation Building).
The aforementioned exam is preparatory to the subsequent presentation of the building permit. 

The Landscape Commission expresses its evaluation within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application.  

PLEASE NOTE
The preliminary project request art. 55 RE must be presented to the Landscape Protection Office - Landscape Commission Secretariat - only for direct building interventions that are not implementing Implementation Plans or planivolumetric agreements.
In the latter cases, the request for a preliminary opinion must be presented at the One Stop Shop for Construction, or the relevant office.
