Fines and sanctions: notices and documents issued by the Revenue Agency
They are issued for failure to pay an administrative fine and include:
- amount of the fine (infringements of the Highway Code and municipal regulations)
- investigation and notification costs
- late payment interest, additional charges and collection fees
- increase of one tenth of the fine for each six months elapsed from the deadline for payment of the reduced fine (law n° 689/81).
