Work on ninety-nine-year-old graves

For work on ninety-nine-year-old tombs it is necessary:

  1. Request for Work Authorization
  2. Declaration of commencement of activity (DIA)
  3. Sworn appraisal

Below are the documents to bring and the indication of the counter at which to deliver the documentation.

To create ninety-nine-year tombs and building works on existing family tombs, an authorization request must be submitted using the form downloadable in the section Forms.

The Declaration of Start of Activity (DIA) must be submitted in paper format.

The Declaration allows the start of work starting from the thirtieth day following the presentation.

Failure to complete the Declaration completely and/or the lack of the required attachments will result in a request for integration and the interruption of the 30-day deadline on the start date.

The appraisal must be presented once the work is completed and must be drawn up on a prepared form and equipped with all attachments. Failure to complete or missing attachments will result in a request for integration, the deadline for which will be communicated within 30 days of submission.
