Private sewerage

Service dedicated to the control of private drainage networks (i.e. dedicated networks within private properties/areas) serving buildings of any type (public or private), kiosks, newsstands, artefacts, car parks, paved areas, private streets and other issuing the authorization for the execution of the aforementioned networks (new connections, modifications thereof or modifications to internal networks).

Starting from 22 April 2024, requests must be submitted by completing the online form.

The service allows you to send:

  • Requests for connection to the municipal sewerage
  • Requests for changes to the internal sewerage network
  • Requests for authorization to use drainage below road level (Art. 29)
  • Request for clarifications or information not covered by the available cases and which require a written response from the Municipality
  • Requests for system adaptation following receipt of a municipal injunction
  • Requests for authorization of amnesty or partial amnesty
  • Complaint (report and request for system verification)

Inspection of deeds

The service allows you to send the request for inspection of the documents regarding the internal sewerage network of the buildings and the related authorizations issued, from which to find both the number and the position of the connections to the municipal sewerage authorized until 2006.

Cost for search and reproduction rights of digital plans:

  • €50,00 (simple search: internal network plans with indication of street and house number)
  • €100,00 (complex search: search for a file under discussion and in the event that the identification details provided are incorrect and a more in-depth search is necessary)
