Conferral with the Landscape Commission
Following a negative opinion, the professional may be invited by the Landscape Commission to confer with it and in any case after the second negative opinion he will automatically be able to confer with it in the following session.
The request for assignment, on plain paper, must be registered and addressed to the Area/Sector/Office where the relevant title was presented, attaching any alternative project hypotheses, which go beyond the findings already expressed by the Landscape Commission.
Requests for review and/or additions can be submitted in the same way.
