Communication Start of Work - CIL
The works aimed at satisfying objective contingent and temporary needs and to be immediately removed when the need ceases and, in any case, within a period not exceeding one hundred and eighty days, can be carried out upon presentation of a notice of start of works.

The CIL presents itself at the various Municipal Services (formerly Area Councils) based on the location of the intervention.
