In the event of a fine, an infringement report will be sent to you by registered mail which indicates the amount and notification costs to be paid.

• To avoid paying notification fees in the future, download the Citizen's File app from Google Play or Play Store or go to your Web citizen file, register your vehicle's license plate and pay the amount within 5 days from the date of the infringement notice
• can register the license plate all owners of vehicles with Italian license plates registered both to legal entities and to third parties compared to the applicant. Foreign license plates are excluded.

From the moment the plate is registered you will no longer have to pay the notification costs if you pay the amount within 5 days from the date of the infringement notice. The service alert will arrive on the File app and to the email address connected to the user with which you access the file (both web and app).

Currently the fines transmitted and payable via the app and in the web citizen's file concern:

• Do not stop
• prohibition of access to preferential lanes and restricted traffic zones
• speeding within 10 km/h.

Sanctions involving the reduction of driving license points are excluded.

Once the five-day period has expired, you will have to pay in the manner provided for the minutes which also include notification costs.
