Disabled day centers - Cdd

Day centers for disabled people (Cdd) are semi-residential socio-health facilities accredited by the Lombardy Region for a maximum of 30 places. They offer socio-health, rehabilitation and educational activities based on individual projects developed by the service team and in collaboration with families.

The Centers welcome people with serious disabilities in order to maintain and improve their level of self-sufficiency.

Access is available to people resident in the Municipality of Milan with a report certifying 100% disability and an age between 18 and 65.

To activate the service, contact Territorial Social Service competent for the area of ​​residence.
