Census of biomass plants for production activities
All owners of food production and catering businesses that use biomass such as firewood, pellets, etc. must present information relating to the equipment used with the following deadlines:
- for new activities or takeovers no later than 30 days from the date of submission of the SCIA
- for existing businesses upon entry into force of the regulation by March 1, 2021
- in case of replacement of the equipment, communication relating to the intervention must take place no later than 30 days
