Charter of educational services for children of the Municipality of Milan

The Service Charter represents the reference framework for Children's services (0-6 years).

The objective of the Service Charter is to inform families of the organization and educational aspects of accredited municipal and municipal early childhood services, as well as of the documents that detail the paths and quality elements that concern them.

Furthermore, the Service Charter defines the complex system of relationships between those who provide the service and those who benefit from it; In the case:

  • early childhood education services and parents of children who use the service,
  • the operators of the services themselves,
  • the other training and non-training agencies in the area.

In relation to the Charter of Educational Services for Children approved with GC Resolution n. 1300/2013 and then integrated with GC Resolution n.983/2021, the update process was started following both the consolidation of the 0-6 system and the approval of the new operating requirements of the nursery schools envisaged by the Lombardy Region (DGR 16 December 2019 - n. XI/2662 and subsequent DGR 9 March 2020 - n. 2929.
