Facade bonus - Correspondence to DM homogeneous zones and PGT areas
On 05/03/2020, the Executive Decision was published on the Notice Board which reports theidentification of homogeneous Zones A and B, pursuant to Ministerial Decree no. 1666/1968, subject to the benefits provided by Law no. 160/2019 - Budget Law 2020 - in construction matters (so-called facade bonus).
In support of what is illustrated within the DD n. 1741/2020 was a specific map service has been prepared which can be consulted on the Geoportal "Correspondence to DM homogeneous areas and PGT areas", which allows you to verify, through a search by address or cadastral data, the homogeneous area to which the property of interest belongs.
