Notices for the sale of properties
The Municipality of Milan approves, every year, the development and disposal plan, attached to the budget forecast. The plan includes areas, homes, buildings on the ground floor, garages, etc.
The properties are sold directly by the Municipality of Milan with public tenders and award to the highest bidder.
Public notices are made known through publications in large-circulation national newspapers, on this site and on the noticeboard of the Municipality of Milan.
