Always identified as "the living room of Milan", the Gallery assigns its commercial spaces with procedural processes different from those of other properties owned by the Municipality of Milan. Whoever opens a business in these spaces, in fact, takes on not only an economic but also a moral commitment to the city of Milan, becoming a partner of the Municipality in the image of the city throughout the world.

In recent years, emphasis has been given to combining the ground floors with the mezzanines, in order to give a unified management of the spaces to the operators, improve the aesthetics of the activities and also generate income from those "holes" that risked remaining between activity and the other.

The allocation of spaces in the Gallery takes place through two types of public tenders:

• for surfaces less than 300 mXNUMX. (excluding spaces located on street level)
  the assignment takes place with an economic offer increasing compared to the starting price
• for surfaces exceeding 300 mXNUMX.
  the award takes place through the criterion of the most advantageous economic offer (max 60 points for the management project and 40 points for the economic offer).

The notices are published through publications in large-circulation national newspapers as well as on this site below link and in the Praetorian Notice Board of the Municipality of Milan.
