The opening of a driveway to allow access to vehicles from a side area to a public road may be authorized if the relevant national and local regulations are respected and if there are suitable technical and construction conditions. The municipal technical offices carry out, within their respective competences, checks on the technical regularity of the projects. The Advertising or Land Occupation Area defines the amount of the security deposit; alternatively, the operator may be asked to carry out the works independently, subject to authorization and delivery of the areas.

The applicant will receive a communication informing him of the outcome of the investigation.
