Appointment Charges - Information prior to submitting the paperwork

At the end of the procedure, the booking system will automatically send an appointment confirmation email with all the useful information.

All appointments can be viewed in the citizen's digital file in the "Appointments" section. 

The service representatives will be able to cancel appointments by explaining the reason. The cancellation will be notified via email.  

Only one weekly booking is allowed for each user.

The service is guaranteed by telephone.
The user will be contacted by the technical staff according to the methods indicated in the email/text message confirming the appointment.
