Access to the administrative documents of the Local Police

The documents of the Urban Safety Directorate for which a request can be made are for example:

  • documentation relating to administrative procedures (activity impulse documents, images, minutes, campaign sketches, etc.)
  • documents of administrative sanctioning proceedings
  • extracts from recordings of requests for intervention
  • technical documentation relating to instruments used by the Local Police (e.g. speed meter calibrations).

All private individuals who have a direct, concrete and current interest connected to a legally protected situation and connected to the document subject to the access request can request it.

Request

The request can be presented by the people involved or by people with delegation: a legal representative-defender. The delegation, with a photocopy of the delegating party's identity document, must be attached to the request.

  1. Download the form for the type of request to be activated
  2. send it through one of the channels below.
