Proceeds from administrative fines for violations established by the Highway Code and their use
In this section the Report transmitted is published, pursuant to art. 142 c. 12 quater of Legislative Decree no. 285/1992, by the Municipality of Milan to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of the Interior, by 31 May of each year, in which the following are indicated, with reference to the previous year:
· the total amount of proceeds, as resulting from the management report approved in the same year;
· the interventions carried out with these resources, with an indication of the costs incurred for each intervention.
