Privacy information REGISTRATION REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN PERSONAL DATA

Information pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679
Pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), the following information is provided.

Data controller
The Data Controller is the Municipality of Milan with headquarters in Piazza della Scala, n. 2 – 20121 MILAN.

Responsible for the protection of personal data

Purpose and legal basis
The processing of data is aimed at carrying out activities related to the management of administrative procedures relating to registration declarations and/or changes in personal data.

The personal data collected with the declaration of residence and/or change in personal data are processed in compliance with the conditions established by EU Regulation 2016/679, in particular to fulfill a legal obligation (art. 6, par 1 letter c) and for the execution of a task of public interest or connected to the exercise of public powers vested in the Data Controller (art. 6, par. 1 letter e), in coherence with the provisions on population registry registration.

  •  Italian citizens/citizens residing in Italy
  •  Italian citizens and citizens residing abroad (AIRE)
  •  Foreign citizens and citizens belonging to the European Union
  •  Foreign citizens and citizens not belonging to the EU

 
Type of data processed
The registration/change in personal data procedure involves the processing of the following mandatory data relating to the applicant and/or any other member of the family:

  •  Surname and name
  •  Date and place of birth
  •  Sex and citizenship
  •  Foreign country of origin (for foreigners and AIRE)
  •  Tax Code
  •  Occupancy title and cadastral data of the property covered by the application
  •  Residential address
  •  Work situation and possession of sufficient economic resources for the stay (for EU foreigners)
  •  Email/PEC contacts

and the following non-mandatory data:

  •  Marital status;
  •  Educational qualification;
  •  Possession of driving license and vehicle
  •  Phone number

Nature of treatment
The provision of data by completing the request form is necessary for the regularity of the application which will be examined in order to start the administrative procedure for registration or change of personal details requested by the user. Failure to fill in the fields relating to the mandatory data and refusal to provide the same precludes the admissibility of the application and the initiation of the procedure for accepting the request, as well as the consequent obligations inherent to the relevant procedure. The e-mail address is essential for communications relating to the procedure and failure to include it does not allow the request process and subsequent forwarding to be completed.

The optional data may be processed for statistical purposes and/or in implementation of regulatory provisions (e.g. possession of a motor vehicle and driving license pursuant to art. 116 paragraph 11 of the C. d S).

Mode of treatment
The processing takes place in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms and is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality. It is also carried out with the aid of electronic instruments consistently with the operations indicated in the art. 4 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

The service is carried out as part of the online services offered by the Municipality of Milan, following the user's access to the Municipality Portal by registering with a complete profile.

Categories of data recipients
The processing is carried out by authorized persons committed to confidentiality and responsible for the related activities in relation to the purposes pursued. The recipients also include the company Anthesi srl, which acts on behalf of the Municipality of Milan as Data Processor, designated pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, for the management of the platform.

Communication and dissemination
The data collected are not subject to communication or dissemination to third parties, without prejudice to the possibility that the data may be known to other public and private entities, in the cases provided for by legal or regulatory provisions (e.g. to ascertain the truthfulness of declarations made pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 or for investigations by the Judicial Police or Judicial Authority).

Data retention
Personal data will be stored for the period of time established by the provisions regarding the conservation of personal records and documents.

Data transfer to third countries
The personal data provided is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organisations.

Rights of interested parties
Interested parties can exercise the rights provided for by the art. 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular the right to access your personal data, to request rectification or limitation, updating if incomplete or incorrect and cancellation if the conditions exist, as well as to oppose the processing by making the request:

Right of complaint
Finally, we inform you that interested parties, if they believe that the processing of personal data relating to them occurs in violation of the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (art. 77) have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, (www.garanteprivacy.it) or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
