Purpose
The data processing is aimed at the promotion and dissemination of educational initiatives and courses active in the Educational Sections and managed by the Educational Initiatives Unit and Territorial Educational Units.

Legal basis
Personal data are processed in compliance with the conditions established by EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular by art. 6 – par. 1 letter a) - the interested party has expressed consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. Types of data processed
The service offered by the Teaching Sections includes the collection of the following personal data:

• Personal data (name and surname)
• Email address (ordinary mail)
• Phone Number
• Membership body

Mode of treatment
The processing takes place in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms and is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality, ensuring the relevance and proportionality of the information collected and used in relation to the purpose described. It is also carried out with the aid of electronic instruments consistently with the operations indicated in the art. 4, point 2, of EU Regulation 2016/679.

The provision of data is optional but failure to provide it does not allow you to be updated on the proposed educational initiatives.

Communication and dissemination
Personal data are not disclosed.

Categories of data recipients
The processing is carried out at the Municipality of Milan, Educational School Services Area and is carried out by authorized persons committed to confidentiality and responsible for the relevant activities in relation to the purposes pursued.

Food container
The data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Data relating to email management are stored temporarily and securely based on the principle of necessity.

Automated decision-making process
The data processed is not subject to automated decision-making.

Data transfer to third countries
The data processed for the aforementioned purposes are not transferred to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organisations.

Rights of interested parties
Interested parties can exercise the rights provided for by the art. 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular the right to access one's personal data, to request rectification or limitation, portability, updating if incomplete or incorrect and cancellation if the conditions exist as well as to oppose the Processing by addressing the request should be addressed to:

Right of complaint

Modification
