The personal data provided during registration/registration on the site

(name, surname, residence, telephone numbers, e-mail address, etc.) are used by e-mail communication services. The provision of data is mandatory and any refusal precludes the possibility of using the services of the Municipality of Milan. The aforementioned data can also be used to send institutional communications not strictly connected to the service relating to registration on the portal but compatible with institutional purposes. However, interested parties have the right to request cancellation from e-mail communication services at any time.

The treatments will be carried out by the natural persons responsible for the relevant procedure and designated as persons in charge. The data collected are not communicated to third parties, without prejudice to the possibility that the data may be known to persons involved in the management procedure of the activities who have been appropriately identified and possibly designated as Data Processors.

Based on the art. 15 and following of the EU Regulation, interested parties (natural persons to whom the data refer) may exercise their rights at any time and in particular the right to access their personal data, to request rectification or limitation, updating if incomplete or incorrect and cancellation if collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing without prejudice to the existence of legitimate reasons on the part of the Owner.
