Privacy information Contact Center Inclusion and Support Allowance for Training and Work

This information provided pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Regulation on the protection of personal data), has the purpose of providing all information relating to the data processing carried out as part of the Information Service on AdI and SFL of the Municipality of Milan.

Data controller
The Data Controller is the Municipality of Milan with headquarters in Piazza della Scala, 2 – 20121 Milan.
The Municipality of Milan guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

Purpose and legal basis
All personal data of the interested parties are processed to carry out a task of public interest connected to the exercise of public powers (article 6.1. letter e) EU Regulation 679/2016) and in coherence with the functions envisaged by the Consolidated Law on the Regulation of local authorities (Legislative Decree 267/2000) and by the Regulation of information and communication activities of public administrations (Law 150/2000).

The processing will take place using tools suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality, through the use of procedures suitable to avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, illicit use and diffusion.
All Data is stored on secure servers and can be accessed and used based on precise security policies.

Types of data processed
As part of the functions of the Service, common personal data (e.g. personal data, contact details, residence/domicile, etc.) and particular data (e.g. health data) are processed only if necessary to respond to express requests relating to the Services. Social.
Furthermore, the data communicated may be used, in anonymous and aggregate form, for the purposes of statistical surveys, to detect the level of satisfaction with the service and to fulfill legal, regulatory and community regulatory obligations.

Source from which the personal data originates
The data subject to the processing activity are acquired by the “GePI” Platform (Management of Agreements for Inclusion) established by Legislative Decree no. 4 of 23 January 2019 and subsequent amendments and additions.

Nature of treatment
The provision of personal data is mandatory for the purposes set out in the Purpose and legal basis paragraph. Failure to provide them will result in the failure to provide the requested service, its correct performance and any legal obligations.

Persons authorized to process and recipients of the data
The processing is carried out, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by authorized, trained people responsible for the relevant activities in relation to the purposes pursued.

Communication and dissemination
The data provided is not communicated or disclosed to third parties unless otherwise provided by law or regulations.

Data transfer to third countries
The data provided, for the aforementioned purposes, are not subject to transfer to third countries or international organizations, within or outside the European Union, without prejudice to any regulatory provisions.

Data retention
In compliance with the provisions of the art. 5 paragraph 1 letter. e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.

Rights of interested parties
Interested parties can exercise the rights provided for by the art. 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular the right to access your personal data, to request rectification or limitation, updating if incomplete or incorrect and cancellation if the conditions exist, as well as to oppose the processing by making the request:

Right of complaint
Finally, we inform you that if you believe that the processing violates EU Regulation 2016/679 (art. 77) you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Supervisory Authority - Guarantor for the protection of personal data or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices
(art. 79 of the Regulation).

Modification
The Owner reserves the right to make to this Information, at its sole discretion and at any time, all changes deemed appropriate or made mandatory by the regulations in force from time to time, giving adequate publicity to interested parties.
