Data controller
The Data Controller of the personal data provided as part of the Accoglimi project is the Centre
Ambrosiano di Solidarietà ONLUS based in Milan, viale Giuseppe Marotta, 8.

Aims of treatment
The personal data of those who turn to the service will be processed for the following purposes: interception
of the need and request for help through the activation of services dedicated to telephone listening
and short consultations for adolescents and parents (dedicated telephone line and chat platforms);
promotion of awareness of the services dedicated to adolescence active in the city of Milan; sending
with reporting to the internal project services.

Legal basis of the processing
Personal data will be processed under the following legal basis: consent of the interested party.

solidarity onlus; Comin social cooperative of solidarity. The aforementioned bodies, if they carry out a
processing of your data for purposes other than those indicated in this information,
as independent data controllers they will take care of all the necessary obligations to
pursuant to the GDPR.
Personal data will not be disclosed and will not be transferred outside the Union
European.

Data retention
Personal data will be retained until the conclusion of the relationship and the legal deadline has elapsed
for their conservation.
The provision of data is mandatory only in case of sending to a service managed by another body
project, in this case any refusal to provide will result in the failure to continue the project
relationship.
