Regulation for the implementation of popular participation rights.

Approved with resolution of the City Council n. 10 of 22 February 2016 and modified with resolution of the City Council n. 73 of 23/07/2021.

With this provision, new institutions have been added to the previous institutions (popular initiative, referendum, questions, requests and petitions, citizen consultations and public hearings), such as: public investigation relating to provisions falling within the competence of the City Council, public debate on the subject of urban works , environment and services, participatory institutions for urban planning and construction, forms of participation in public services on individual demand, citizens' convention, participatory budget, questions with immediate response.

Citizens can request from the competent municipal office all the data and information necessary for the activation of the listed institutions by sending an email to: partecipation@comune.milano.it
