Regulation for the facilitated settlement of pending tax disputes relating to municipal taxes 

Approved with resolution of the City Council n. 14 of 23 March 2023

Please note: the Legislative Decree n. 34 of 30 March 2023, converted with Law 26 May 2023, n. 56, has provided, in art. 20, the modification of paragraphs 194, 195, 197, 199 and 200 of the art. 1 of Law 197/2022, concerning the "facilitated settlement of tax disputes". In implementation of this, the text of the municipal regulation published here incorporates the changes that have occurred. The articles of the regulation affected by the changes are: 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
