Alessia Cappello was born Montecchio Maggiore, province of Vicenza, in 1985.
She moved to Milan to attend Catholic University, where she graduated in Business Communication.

He held positions of responsibility in several multinationals, including Luxottica, before running for office in the 2021 municipal elections.
She was appointed by the Mayor Sala as Assessor for Economic Development and Labor Policies of the Municipality of Milan.
